Missouri S&T’s 2023 Earth Day celebration will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, April 21, at the Carney Puck and Plaza, a campus landmark located in front of Toomey Hall.
Hosted by the ECO Miners student organization, the event will include a tie-dye booth, a free plant giveaway, yard games, and activities hosted by student and community organizations. The ECO Miners are planning several other events throughout the week to highlight reuse and recycling:
Bottle cap keychain sales from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, April 17, and Wednesday, April 19, at the Havener Center
A clothing drive from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 18, in front of the Missouri S&T Library Electronics recycling from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, April 20, in front of the Missouri S&T Library. Read More
