As per law, 38 hours per week: Full-time work requires employees to work 38 hours per week and receive wages and other employment conditions identified in your award or agreement as per law in Pakistan. Full-time employees must receive paid annual leave and paid personal carer’s leave (sick leave).

There are no maximum or minimum hour requirements for salaried employees as per law in Pakistan. If an employee works more than 40 hours, their pay will not reflect overtime hours. Likewise, if an employee works fewer than 40 hours, an employer can’t reduce their pay.
