– Attested Copy of CNIC
– Attested Copy of Arms License (from page 4 to end)
– Police Clearance Certificate
– Medical Certificate

Renewal Process

1. Fill out the application form properly.
2. Attach all required documents.
3. Visit the Citizen Facilitation Center, ICT Administration, in Islamabad.
4. Submit your application and obtain a receipt.
5. Collect your renewed Arms License on the date given on the receipt.

Remember to renew your Arms License before it expires to avoid penalties. The renewal fee is currently Rs. 500.
