As per Lawkidunya, 12 Years For Suits Relating to Possession of Immovable Property. Article 142 is an article applicable to suits for possession of immovable property when the plaintiff, while in possession of the property, has been dispossessed or has discontinued his possession. Such a suit must be brought within 12 years of the date of the dispossession or discontinuance.
