The 36th Senior Management Course (SMC) has successfully concluded at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA). The course, which took place from September 9, 2024, to December 27, 2024, aimed to enhance the management skills of senior government officials.

NIPA has been conducting the SMC to develop the capacities of senior government officials, enabling them to effectively manage and implement public policies. The course covers various aspects of public administration, including policy analysis, strategic management, and leadership development.

The conclusion of the 36th SMC marks another milestone in NIPA’s efforts to strengthen the capacity of Pakistan’s civil service. With the completion of this course, participants are expected to return to their respective organizations, equipped with new skills and knowledge to drive positive change and improve governance.
